Israeli-Hamas Agreement to Trade Prisoners May Reshape Politics in Region

A long time in the works, it looks like Israel finally relented at Hamas' terms. I guess this is surely a message to the PA to show them that there are other players in the conflict with whom they have to negotiate, Israel and Hamas.
